COVID DELAYS/INFO

To ensure the safety of our employees and partners, we have implemented additional safety measures at our fulfillment centers, such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, practicing social distancing, overnight facility sanitization and use of protective equipment. For these reasons, orders may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible, while still prioritizing the safety of our staff and partners. 

All packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS. A signature is not required upon delivery. Your billing and shipping address must be in the United States and its Territories.

 Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.

 Please keep the following in mind:

  • We do not ship to Freight Forwarders
  • We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

  • Standard Shipping to the continental US (5-10 business days once your order has been processed): $4.95 
  • Standard Shipping to AK, HI, US Territories and Military addresses (5-21 business days once your order has been processed): $10.95
  •  2-Day (2-3 business days once your order has been processed): $14.95

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

Orders are processed within 5-10 business days, Monday through Friday. 2-Day orders are processed 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. 

Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

Packages shipping Standard to Alaska and Hawaii may take more than 10 business days for delivery. 

Packages shipping to United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses (may take up to 21 days) must be shipped via our Standard Shipping method.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your TK&B order, you can return your products within 7 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your account. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging including accessories such as microfiber cloth and bag.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM(S)

Please initiate a return using our returns portal (tierreskreations/return.com) or contact our support team for help. 

Please note you need to initiate a return or contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be issued a full refund. Any requests received after two days will not be honored.

LOST PACKAGE?
If you believe your TK&B order is lost in transit please email us at info@tierreskreations.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number and email address used to place the order.
Please allow up to 48 hours (Not including weekends and holidays) to receive a response.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Please contact our support team at info@tierreskreations.com.
